How Online Part Availability Works
Callahan Auto Parts is a self-service, pick-and-pull salvage yard. Customers shop our yards throughout the day and may remove parts before our online inventory has updated.
Your card is not charged just because you place an order. We first confirm that the part is available. Your payment is authorized at checkout, and the charge is captured only after availability is confirmed and the order can be fulfilled.
If a part is no longer available, we’ll contact you before fulfillment. An unavailable part will not be charged. Any temporary bank authorization is released according to your bank’s processing time.
